Law360 quoted Ariel Fenster in its article, “Territories Await OT Update As Rulemaking Window Narrows,” on July 12. Fenster discussed how the US Department of Labor’s final rule raising salary thresholds for overtime exemptions is now in effect but employers are waiting on updates for the US territories.

“If a nationwide injunction comes down for the United States, I don't know how quick they are going to be to rush out a rule that affects the American territories.”
