Ben Conley Discusses Cases That Benefits Attorneys Should Monitor This Month in Law360

Conley discussed the case where the Ninth Circuit will decide whether the state of California can pursue antitrust action in state court against Express Scripts and CVS Caremark, two pharmacy benefit managers that act as intermediaries between drugmakers, insurers and pharmacists that the state accuses of conspiring to hike insulin prices.
