Brandon Bigelow Continues Leadership of ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Books & Treatises Committee

Seyfarth’s Brandon L. Bigelow, Litigation partner and co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice group in Boston, was appointed co-chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section’s Books & Treatises Committee for 2021-2022. Bigelow has served as co-chair of the Books & Treatises Committee since 2008.

The Books and Treatises Committee is charged with overseeing the production of the Antitrust Law Section’s handbooks. The Committee works closely with the Publication’s Officer on the Publications Long Range Plan and they are responsible of ensuring the ongoing quality of the Section’s publications program.

Bigelow counsels manufacturers and franchisors on compliance with federal and state antitrust laws, as well as industry-specific laws governing the manufacturer-dealer and franchisor-franchisee relationships. In addition to his work as a litigator, Bigelow regularly counsels companies and trade associations on antitrust compliance issues.
