Radmacher discussed how the recent executive orders, specifically the tariffs on materials from Mexico, Canada, and China, will very likely affect levels of uncertainty, price increases, and additional related challenges in the construction industry.

“However, the construction industry players may have some legal solutions that can help address these issues — and, perhaps more importantly — parties to construction agreements can take some proactive steps to mitigate and minimize impacts of the tariffs and price uncertainty and anticipated increased.”
