Brenda Radmacher Writes on Next-Generation Energy Construction Projects in ABA Litigation Section

Seyfarth’s Brenda Radmacher co-authored an article, “Risks and Opportunities for the Construction Industry During the Transition to Next-Generation Energy,” in the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section on October 30. Radmacher discussed how large, complex, and cost-intensive next-generation energy projects come with new risks of potential disputes.
