Brett Bartlett and Adam Young was quoted in a January 13 story from Bloomberg Law, "New Joint Employer Rule Hinges on Reception in Court." Bartlett thinks that we will see a flurry of activity in court filings, raising the final rule as an additional clarifying factor. Young said the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has followed its own multi-employer citation policy, last revised in 1999.
