Camille Olson Discusses DEI EO Impacting ERGs in SHRM

SHRM quoted Camille Olson in its article, “What the DEI Executive Orders Mean for Employee Resource Groups,” on February 5. Olson discussed how some employers are concerned about the legality of employee resource groups (ERGs) in light of the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) executive orders.
