Camille Olson Discusses NLRB Activity Without Quorum in SHRM

SHRM quoted Camille Olson in its article, “Quorum Is Restored at National Labor Relations Board for Now,” on March 7. Olson discussed how recently fired National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) commissioners are exploring the option of challenging their termination from the board.

“When it didn’t have a quorum, the NLRB couldn’t issue regulations and the full board couldn’t hear cases. But investigations could go on, and the vast majority of cases continued as usual.”
