Charles Wall and Alison Ashford were quoted in the October issue of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure, “Fine tuning.” Wall said that private entities must carefully select their team with experienced firms that understand they are collectively in the business for the long term. Ashford said it is important for the private sector participants to know who they are dealing with and take the appropriate approach.
