Law360 quoted Chris DeGroff in its article, “Trump Orders Could Mean A Shift In Priorities At EEOC,” on February 14. DeGroff discussed how President Trump’s executive orders aimed at combating anti-Christian and antisemitic bias could push religious discrimination claims toward the top of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) list of enforcement priorities.

“Since discrimination charges are predominantly filed by employees and job applicants and aren't in the government's control, the task forces created by the president's executive orders in, of and by themselves will be unlikely to nudge up religion-focused charges.”
