Chris Gardner Discusses Lendlease's Alliance with the CFMEU in Australian Financial Review

Australian Financial Review quoted Chris Gardner in its article, “Lendlease’s convenient, lucrative alliance with the CFMEU,” on July 24. Gardner discussed union membership promotional messages at construction sites and the potential implication that their employers supported their stances.

“Aggression as a tactic is notorious…It is so well known and unfortunately accepted out of a degree of helplessness by those who see little option but to adopt the strategy of appeasement.”
