Chris Robertson Discusses New Safe Harbor Announced by the DOJ in CFO Magazine

CFO Magazine quoted Chris Robertson in its article, “Will New DOJ Safe Harbor Coax Acquirers to Report Seller’s Misconduct?,” on October 10. Robertson said if companies self-disclose criminal misconduct at a business they’ve acquired within six months after the deal’s close, the DOJ will go after the prior company’s management.
