Cindy Campbell and Raymond Tran, associates in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, will serve as speakers for the "Purchases and Sale Agreements" webinar for ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section 's Real Property: Lay of the Land series on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. 

This webinar series is for newer lawyers looking to gain knowledge and practical skills to further their experience in negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases and easements, finance documents, and construction contracts. The programs will cover basic concepts in each of the four topic areas, and then expand into a discussion of key provisions and ways to use these documents, providing value for attorneys who draft these documents, and attorneys whose practices require a deeper understanding of how these documents can be used and tailored. The "Purchases and Sale Agreements" webinar will discuss provisions of purchase and sale agreements to provide a primer on reviewing these agreements for junior lawyers.
