Condon McGlothlen was quoted in an October 4 story from Bloomberg Law, “Vaccine Status on Resume Trend Opens Door to Hiring Bias.” McGlothlen said that while it’s not illegal generally for employers to consider vaccine status, leaving religious and disability information out of the initial application would be better for employers.
