Condon McGlothlen was quoted in a September 11 story from MarketWatch, “Biden on prospect of legal challenges to his vaccine mandate from Republican governors: 'Have at it.'” McGlothlen said that unless and until the FDA approves vaccines besides Pfizer for full use, it is highly questionable whether OSHA has authority to do what the president has directed.
