The National Labor Relations Board’s recent Cemex decision has turned the union election process upside-down and has left employers with more questions than answers.
During this moderated panel discussion, attorneys Kenneth Dolin, Jennifer Mora, and Jamie Rich combine their expertise to discuss the implications of this important decision, including a brief overview of Cemex, how to know whether a union has made a demand for recognition and options for a response, avoiding unfair labor practices and updating handbooks, preserving appeal rights, and takeaways for employers.
