Courtney Stieber’s Presentation and Article on Quiet Quitting Published in Practising Law Institute Chronicle

Seyfarth’s Courtney Stieber presented to the Practising Law Institute on the topic of quiet quitting and then authored an article, “Documenting the Employment Relationship in 2023: When Quiet Quitting Meets an Economic Downturn” published in PLI Chronicle on April 26. Stieber discussed how the concept of quiet quitting, a practice of doing only basic job requirements and declining to go “above and beyond” the written job description, may continue to cause challenges for employers.
