Dana Howells was quoted in a December 2 story from the Sacramento Bee, “Special Report: How California state government monitors employees since its shift to telework.” Howells said that it’s very typical for a work computer to have a message that says that the systems are monitored, the user should have no expectation of privacy, and they have to press accept to log on.
