Daniel Klein and Carolyn French quoted in Corporate Counsel, “Mass. Dads Getting New Parental Leave Rights”

Daniel Klein and Carolyn French was quoted in a January 22 story from Corporate Counsel on Massachusetts’ new parental leave law which is extending the former Massachusetts Maternity Leave Act (MMLA) to dads too. Klein and French said the most significant aspect of the new law is that it extends to men the eight weeks of job-protected leave for the birth or adoption of a child previously available only to female employees under the MMLA.
