Daniel Waldman discusses international layoff laws in the Observer

The Observer quoted partner Daniel Waldman in its article, “Elon Musk’s Swift Layoffs at Twitter May Not Fly Under International Labor Laws” on January 9. Waldman said if companies want to lay off workers, they have to prove they’re doing so for the economic well-being of the company, a common theme in most countries outside of the US.
