Dawn Mertineit was quoted in a December 1 story from Cybersecurity Dive, “Supreme Court decision on computer fraud law hinges on one word — 'so.'” Mertineit said the government's interpretation of 'so' is a stretch, and several justices seemed to be struggling to afford that word the meaning that the government’s advocate was advancing.
