Dawn Solowey quoted by Human Resource Executive

Dawn Solowey was quoted in a January 25 story entitled “A Matter of Faith” in Human Resource Executive on accommodating observant Muslims, who are required to pray five times a day, in the workplace. Solowey said that HR must ensure that, during the process, managers don't ask inappropriate questions pertaining to the validity of the religious practices under question.
