Dawn Solowey quoted in InsideCounsel

Dawn Solowey was quoted in a December 24 story from InsideCounsel entitled “What is the role of religious observance in the workplace?” on new guidance came from the recent EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch decision from the Supreme Court. Solowey said the key legal holding in the Abercrombie decision is that an employer may not make an applicant’s or employee’s religious practice, confirmed or otherwise, a factor in employment decisions.
