About the Program
We welcome our clients and friends back to our offices for this informative and timely in-person event. Please join our attorneys from Seyfarth’s Chicago Labor & Employment group to learn about important considerations and best practices for employee performance management. This program, designed for both legal and HR professionals, will cover a wide range of performance management topics, including:
- best practices for managers and HR professional providing performance feedback and evaluations;
- the importance of timely, well-documented and continuous feedback; and
- how to navigate common challenges and significant legal issues in the performance management process.

This program is accredited for CLE in IL, CA, NJ, and NY. Credit will be applied for as requested for TX, GA, WA, NC, FL and VA. The following jurisdictions accept reciprocal credit with these accredited states, and individuals can use the certificate they receive to gain CLE credit therein: AZ, CT, NH. The following jurisdictions do not require CLE, but attendees will receive general certificates of attendance: DC, MA, MD, MI, SD. For all other jurisdictions, a general certificate of attendance and the necessary materials will be issued that can be used in other jurisdictions for self-application. SHRM accepts CLE credit toward recertification, so attendees needing SHRM credit will be issued attendance certificates noting the CLE approval. HRCI attendees will be issued attendance certificates, which can be used to self-apply for HRCI credit.
