Five Seyfarth Attorneys Recognized by Connect CRE for 2024 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards

Connect CRE singled out five Seyfarth attorneys in their respective regions across the country in its fourth annual 2024 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. These honorees were spotlighted for “excelling in their practices as well as their contributions to the community.”

Jami Balint (Seattle & Northwest), Real Estate partner in the Seattle office, was noted for representing a data center developer in acquiring properties in Arizona, Ohio, Texas, and Utah, as well as tenants and buyers in 450 BTS acquisitions totaling more than 285 million square feet.

Christa Dommers (Washington DC), managing partner of Seyfarth’s Washington, DC office, was cited for negotiating economic incentives of more than $1 billion and leading the $25-million acquisition of a 125-unit senior living apartment.

Daniel Evans (New York & Tri-State), co-chair of Seyfarth’s Real Estate Finance practice, was cited for working with a mezzanine lender in a $150-million construction loan facility and additionally representing a mortgage lender in its origination of a $350-million secured loan.

Arren Goldman (Atlanta & Southeast), co-lead of Seyfarth’s Distressed Situations team, was recognized for leading teams that closed more than $1 billion in mortgage loans and for representing two ground-up multifamily construction loans.

Stacy Paek (California), head of Seyfarth’s Los Angeles Real Estate practice and co-chair of the firm’s Asian American Pacific Islander affinity group, was noted for being the lead attorney for LBA Realty in transactions totaling more than $1.9 billion and representing a buyer on a $376-million acquisition of eight industrial assets.
