Howard Wexler and Daniel Small Write on Upcoming 2025 Labor Laws in New York Law Journal

Seyfarth’s Howard Wexler and Daniel Small co-authored an article, “NY Employers Beware: Upcoming Labor Laws for 2025 and Beyond,” in the New York Law Journal on November 4. The Seyfarth attorneys discussed how New York business should be aware of new laws and regulations set to go into effect at the beginning of 2025.
