Jack Toner was quoted in a January 29 story from Bloomberg Law, "Trump Labor Board Lawyers’ Former Lives Tangle McDonald’s Case." Toner said that clearly it’s a problem because if you want an experienced board member, they’re going to come with a history of having handled board cases.
