Jason Polevoy Discusses Upcoming NYC Development Projects in Law360

Law360 quoted Jason Polevoy in its article, “NYC Development Projects To Watch In 2025,” on January 8. Polevoy discussed New York City real estate developments and creative ways to repurpose office buildings.

“It's not economically or functionally feasible to convert the buildings, renovate them to a Class A office or to convert the building to residential. What do you do with these 1950s, 1960s buildings that no longer work as an office building?”
