Karla Grossenbacher Discusses AI Revolution in Employment Tools Surfacing Risks for Employers in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Karla Grossenbacher in its article, “AI Revolution in Employment Tools Surfaces Risks for Businesses,” on April 12. Grossenbacher discussed a pair of bills pending in New York State that would restrict employers’ use of monitoring technologies, sometimes called “bossware.”

“For most businesses, those basic forms of monitoring are sufficient, but companies might consider more advanced technologies such as keystroke tracking for workers with access to sensitive information such as customers’ financial data.”
