Karla Grossenbacher quoted by Business Insurance, “Breach victims' ruling causes uncertainty”

Karla Grossenbacher was quoted in an August 2 story from Business Insurance on a recent ruling from the 7th U.S. Court of Appeals in Hilary Remijas et al. v. Neiman Marcus Group L.L.C. that says potential damages suffered by consumer data breach victims do give them standing to sue. Karla said the battle over whether the injuries are sufficient to state a valid cause of action is yet to be fought and is still wide open.
