Karla Grossenbacher was quoted in a February 9 story from Bloomberg Law, “As Biometric Lawsuits Pile Up, Companies Eye Adoption With Care.” Grossenbacher said even for states that don’t currently have biometric privacy laws, employees can still sue and allege common law invasion of privacy type claims if they feel their data is being collected improperly or not being well guarded.
