Karla Grossenbacher was quoted in a June 10 story from Business Insider, “Goldman Sachs is making employees tell them their vaccination status, and your employer could too. Labor lawyers explain what rights employees have.” Grossenbacher said that employers would have to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, which says that employers can require medical exams and vaccinations of employees under certain, specific conditions, like for health care workers, or if it poses a "direct threat" to the person if they are exempted.
