Karla Grossenbacher was quoted in a March 31 story “How to Collect Health and Wellness Data Without Scaring Your Employees” from PCMag.com on why HR departments should re-examine practices for collecting, using, and safeguarding employee health and wellness data. Grossenbacher said that when you start using it for another purpose, people can say they didn't consent to it, and cry foul.
