Karla Grossenbacher quoted in the Pennsylvania Record

Karla Grossenbacher was quoted in an October 5 story “Data from wearable fitness devices could be important evidence in workplace litigation” from the Pennsylvania Record on how wearable fitness data may be used to provide evidence in workplace cases, such as an employee’s disability discrimination claim, workers’ compensation request or on-the-job harassment. Grossenbacher said that wearable device data is just starting to make its way into courts, and we are just at the beginning of seeing how helpful and/or reliable it can be as evidence.
