Kristie Iacopetta and Annette Tyman Write on Washington DC Pay Disclosure Legislation in Employee Relations Law Journal
Seyfarth’s Kristie Iacopetta and Annette Tyman co-authored an article, “Washington, DC, Joins the Trend Toward Requiring Pay Disclosures in Job Postings,” in the Summer 2024 issue of the Employee Relations Law Journal. The Seyfarth attorneys discussed legislation signed by the Washington’s mayor requiring employers to disclose salary ranges in all job listings and position descriptions advertised.
