Kristina Launey quoted in SHRM

Kristina Launey was quoted in a September 7 story “Farmworker Overtime Bill Awaits California Governor’s Approval” from SHRM on the pending law that would give California farmworkers daily overtime pay after eight hours. Launey said that if the bill is enacted, agricultural employers will need to scramble to prepare payroll systems and practices, as well as policies and procedures for scheduling employees, for the immediate changes that would go into effect in January 2017.
