Larry Lorber Discusses Anti-DEI Order Impact on Contractors in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Larry Lorber in its article, “Trump Confounds Contractors in Weakening DOL Anti-Bias Office,” on January 23. Lorber discussed how President Trump’s executive order on DEI has left federal contractors and the US Labor Department office in limbo.

“A lot of companies will still want to prevent employment bias, albeit under another name, because they are all covered by Title VII and state laws.”
