Larry Lorber Discusses EEOC Vacancy in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Larry Lorber in its article, “Punching In: DOL’s Overtime Update Impact Varies State by State,” on July 22. Lorber discussed how the vacancy on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions left by outgoing Republican Commissioner Keith Sonderling may not be filled for some time.

“There’s no reason to rush an appointment through now…if the Republicans win the Senate I would imagine they would be much less constrained as to who they would want the seat to be filled by.”
