Leon Rodriguez discussed how America’s H-1B visa program will undergo major changes, as the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) implements a new final rule to improve efficiency, flexibility, and integrity.

“This rule is very close in many respects to one that was issued, but then enjoined in court, at the end of the prior Trump administration. I expect it will be embraced by the new administration. If it were otherwise, I would have expected an attempt to invoke to Congressional Review Act more immediately to try and scrap it.”
