Labor & Employment chair Lisa Damon spoke at Value-Based Fee Arrangements & Legal Service Logistics, a forum held by Ark Group and Managing Partner magazine on March 24.  Lisa's gave a presentation entitled "Dealing with unintended consequences and overcoming resistance to change as law firms aim to fundamentally alter the way they do business."
