Louis DiFronzo, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and co-chair of the firm's Commercial Finance practice group, is to present the New England Corporate Counsel Association, Inc. (NECCA) virtual seminar "Financing Your Business: Bank Market Financing" on February 3, 2021.
