Lynn Kappelman, Dawn Solowey and William Berkowitz authored a May 21 article in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, “How can jury trials resume in midst of COVID-19?” The Seyfarth attorneys said judicially led task forces, including public health and civil engineering experts, should be formed now to address the issues, and to develop and implement plans to enable courts to resume full activities, including jury trials.
