Marshall Babson Discusses Possible New NLRB Chairman in Law360

Law360 quoted Marshall Babson in its article, “Trump's First Days May Bring Quick Changes To NLRB,” on January 16. Babson discussed how there may be some immediate changes at the National Labor Relations Board by Trump’s Administration, including elevating member Marvin Kaplan, the only Republican of the board's three current members, to be chairman or acting chairman.

“There's really no authority of any significance that inures to the chairmanship.”
