Michael Wexler SHRM Webcast on Impact of Potential Ban of Noncompetes Attracts 3,500 Viewers

Seyfarth partner Michael Wexler was the lead speaker in SHRM’s March 23 webcast which attracted more than 3,500 viewers. Wexler discussed the impact of the FTC’s potential ban on noncompetes. He talked about how the FTC may be overstepping its bounds and the authority it received from Congress.
