Mike Merar and Jared Otte to Speak at the ICSC+U.S. LAW Conference

Mike Merar, partner in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, and Jared Otte, associate in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, will serve as co-hosts for the roundtable, "Navigating the Alphabet Soup of Shopping Center Agreements: Best Practices in Drafting and Negotiating CC&Rs, REAs, and OEAs," at the ICSC+U.S. LAW Conference in Phoenix, Arizona on October 27.
