Minh Vu and Kristina Launey’s recent blog post, “ADA Title III Federal Mid-Year Lawsuit Numbers at an All-Time High,” was quoted in an August 20 story from the Florida Record, “Florida ADA lawsuits down sharply in 2021, new data shows.” The Seyfarth partners said that the filing of Americans With Disabilities Act lawsuits in Florida over issues such as inadequate access to buildings or websites declined more than 43% between mid-2019 and mid-2021.
