Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment partner Minh Vu, with contributions from Seyfarth attorneys Karen Stephenson, Kristina Launey, and Laura Robinson authored The ADA Guide for Lodging Owners and Operators, a book commissioned by the American Hotel and Lodging Association on Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act as it applies to lodging owners and operators. A resource for the hospitality industry, the book addresses issues including compliance with the ADA and its non-discrimination requirements, and it also discusses long-awaited changes to the Accessibility Guidelines of the ADA.
