Minh Vu was quoted in a May 1 story from the Pennsylvania Record, “Blind man loses lawsuit over snack food website, continuing struggle for plaintiffs in Third Circuit.” Vu said that the plaintiff can appeal as his right, but it would be an uphill battle given the existing precedent in the Third Circuit.
