Ofer Lion a Speaker at Georgetown Law's 40th Annual Representing and Managing Tax-Exempt Organizations CLE Meeting

Ofer Lion, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department, will serve as a speaker at the session "Legal Ethics for EO Counsel" at Georgetown Law's 40th Annual Representing and Managing Tax-Exempt Organizations CLE Meeting. The hybrid session will be held virtually and in Washington, DC on April 28. Topics in Ofer's session include applying the ABA Canons of Ethics in the EO context; navigating challenging ethical issues; and what gets legal professionals in trouble with the IRS.
