Ofer Lion was quoted in a November 7 story “New International Tax Reporting May Snag Big U.S. Nonprofits” from Bloomberg BNA on how many nonprofit organizations may be caught up in an international reporting regime meant to reveal multinational companies’ aggressive tax planning. Lion said that hospitals in affiliations overseas or U.S. universities teaming with foreign universities to conduct research may have to report under the regime.
